I personally worked with Billy after I had my son and the HIIT’s training is what got me back to my old self.  I love it because I don’t have to spend an hour at the gym (ain’t no body got time for that) to get the results I am looking for. Instead, I can bust my hump for 20 min and then be on to bigger and better things, like playing with my 5 year old or prepping for an audition.

The most amazing thing about HIIT’s is that once you are done, you can continue to burn calories for up to 24 hours!  Wow, that’s awesome!!

You don’t have to be great to start BUT you do have to start to be great.
